3743085 - Error Message "Work Order End Date should be equal to the Termination Date" is not translated in Other Languages - 1H 2026

• When hiring via Add Contingent Worker, if the Work Order End Date differs from the Termination Date, the system shows the pop-up error: "Work Order End Date should be equal to the Termination Date".
• The error message displays only in English, regardless of the logged-in user’s locale (for example, Spanish or French).

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Contingent Workforce Management

1. Open Add Contingent Worker.
2. Enter all mandatory details, including Termination Date in Identity Information.
3. Proceed to the Work Order Information section.
4. Set the Work Order End Date to a different date than the Termination Date and submit.
5. Observe the pop-up error: "Work Order End Date should be equal to the Termination Date".
6. Change the user language (for example, to Spanish) in Settings -> Change language.
7. Repeat steps 1–4.
8. Observe the error still appears in English instead of the selected locale.

Please note, A similar validation for start date ("Work Order Start Date should be equal to the Hire Date") translates correctly per user locale.

• Engineering team has resolved this issue and to maintain translation customer can update custom translation for key "EMPLOYMENT_HRIS_MDF_WO_END_DATE_SHOULD_BE_EQUAL_TO_TERMINATION_DATE" using manage language. 
• Standard Translation of this key will be updated by End of the Month. KBA will be updated with exact date once confirmed.
