3743095 - Rating Scale Link Visible Despite "Include Ability to Rate" Disabled in latest PM Form

The “Include ability to rate” option is not enabled for the Goal and Competency sections in the PM form. However, the rating scale link is still visible across all sections in the latest PM form.

Performance and Goal Management

1. Login to the instance

2. Navigate to Performance form Inbox

3. Open the form and check the Goal and competency section

4. Rating scale displays
