Symptom

In report H99CWTR0, the selection screen fields related to organizational and employee attributes are not effectively limiting the processed employees during the GET PERNR event. Specifically:

  • Personnel Area (pnpwerks)
  • Personnel Subarea (pnpbtrtl)
  • Employee Group (pnppersg)
  • Employee Subgroup (pnppersk)
  • Cost Center (pnpkostl)
  • Position (pnpplans)
  • Organizational Unit (pnpansvh)
  • Org. Structure (pnporgeh)
  • Job (pnpstell)

Result: Employees are included in the report even if they do not belong to the specified entities within the relevant person period.
