3743205 - Target Criteria for Attribute Types and Tags excludes non-tagged attributes

Symptom

After setting target criteria to include non-tagged attributes (NOT IN, is null, not equals), the non-tagged attributes are still not listed in Growth Portfolio when adding new attributes. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Add a target criteria with condition to include non-tagged attributes 
  2. Go to Growth Portfolio
  3. In Growth Portfolio click on "Add" 
  4. Attribute libraries with non-tagged attributes are not listed

Cause

This is expected behavior. Target Criteria for Tag Names is designed to filter tagged attributes. Attributes must be associated with at least one tag.

Resolution

Supported operators and their expected behaviors are listed in the below table:
