The two fields cannot be edited.

Open Make Company Code Settings app, put into edit mode, fields cannot be edited. 

Assets have been created already in the company code. 

If there is no transactional data, delete the assets and try again. 
If transactional data exist, you should do a company code reset on a non productive system
