3743387 - IAG - Risk owner for cloud risks in Access Control

Symptom

  • During the risk approval step of an access request for cloud application (ex. Ariba) in SAP Access Control with IAG Bridge, the system fails to identify a risk owner and does not route the approval.
  • Approver determination finds nothing even though approver data exists in IAG.
  • Ariba risks may appear in the risk table but are not visible in Risk Maintenance (NWBC).
