3743391 - Agent Desktop Timeline is not showing all Phone Calls created beyond 90 days

Symptom

  • In SAP Service Cloud Version 2 Agent Desktop, the Customer Hub timeline displays only recent interaction records (e.g., Phone Calls).
  • Interaction records older than a certain period (for example, beyond 90 days or from previous years) are not visible.
  • Older interaction records do exist in the system, but are not shown in the Customer Hub timeline.
  • No error message is displayed.
