3743400 - User ID gets appended to External Event's titles at the user's record

Symptom

When recording External Events for users (either through the 'Add to Learning History for Multiple Courses' tool or through the 'Add Learning History with Finance' tool), the user's ID gets populated along with the event's title at the user's record > Completed Items tab.
