Candidate is not searchable on the offboarding dashboard on their Termination Date.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Offboarding Dashboard
  2. Enter offboardee name in search filter
  3. Offboardee not present (On there Termination date only)

Cause

Engineering Team has identified the root cause of the issue.

Resolution

Engineering Team will be providing the fix via patch OBX-43018 on following dates:

  • For preview: 12 October 2026
  • For Production: 13 November 2026
