3743422 - "There were no results" error when searching users in Job Relationships / Supervisor fields within Hire screens - Employee Central

When performing hiring actions via Manage Pending Hires, Add New Employee, or Rehire Inactive Employee, a search issue occurs within the Job Information and Job Relationship sections.

Specifically, when attempting to search for a user to populate either the Supervisor field or a Job Relationship name field, the dropdown menu fails to populate any users. Instead of returning the expected personnel, the system displays an error message stating, "There were no results."
