3743432 - Error "There are &1 service contract items for sold-to party &2." displaying when migrating service orders via migration cockpit - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The service order migration via migration cockpit stops with the following error. However, the customer doesn't want to assign a service contract to the service order as the valid service contracts for the same sold-to party are not relevant for these service orders. 
There are &1 service contract items for sold-to party &2. (CRM_CONTRACT 007)

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The Service Order migration object does not provide a way to suppress Service Contract determination at document level. If contract determination is active, a reference to a Service Contract must be provided during migration.

If don't want to assign a service contract to the service order, disable Contract Determination for the relevant transaction types through the configuration activity "Specify Contract Determination Option for Trans. Types" (ID: 103686).
