Symptom

In Latest People Profile, Pay Grade field in Job Information Shows as "No Data".

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Job Information
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile- Full People Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Search for the user.
  2. Go to Job Information.
  3. Click the pencil icon on the Position and Organization Information card.
  4. Enter an effective date.
  5. Click on drop down of the field Pay Grade.
  6. Observe that “No Data” is displayed.

Resolution

  • The issue will be fixed via patch PTCH-49964 (1H2026p5) which is scheduled for 19th May in Preview and 21st May in Production environments.
  • Workaround: Navigate to 'All Actions' > 'Change Job and Compensation Info' > select 'Job Information' to update the Pay Grade field.
