3743478 - The copied plan data of T-code: KEPM is not displayed in KE30 immediately

Symptom

Plan data does not appear immediately in the KE30 report after being copied using transaction KEPM. Although the update time recorded in the KEPM logs matches the latest timestamp in the corresponding plan line-item table (CE2), there can be a delay of several seconds to minutes (up to about 20 minutes) before the data becomes visible.
