When planning a system upgrade to "S/4HANA 2025" version in MP (Maintenance Planner), face below upgrade information at "Define Change" step:

You have selected 'SAP S/4HANA' as the target, but a software entitlement for 'SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition' has been detected. If you wish to plan for RISE with SAP, you must select SAP S/4HANA PRIVATE CLOUD as the target instead. For more information, see SAP Note 3658070.
