3743500 - “Enter logon data” Pop-Up Occurs During RZ70 Data Collection

Symptom

In ABAP Managed system, when executing "Send Data Collection" in transaction RZ70 or performing an RFC connection test for RFC destination SLD_DS_FRUN, a “Enter logon data” pop-up is triggered. 

Despite entering the correct credentials for the designated technical user, the pop-up persists and eventually results in an Authentication Error (401 Unauthorized).
