3743509 - Time Account Payout Are Created But It Is Not Added To One Time Payment

Symptom

Time Account Payouts are created but it's not added to One Time Payment/spot bonus/Pay Component Non Recurring

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Compensation Information
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Time Account Payout (Via Administer Time, Termination etc.)
  2. In Administer Time > Time Account Payout tab > you are able to view the payouts created
  3. In employee's profile > Compensation Information > One Time Payment or Spot Bonus card > the payout related pay component is not added

Cause

  • This is due to new centralized service validation in 1H 2026.
  • One Time Payment/Spot Bonus does not save the payout record when a mandatory field is missing a value.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Manage Business Configuration (BCUI) >payComponentNonRecurring
  2. Notice that the 'Currency' field is set as 'mandatory'
  3. Navigate to Manage Organization, job and comp structure > Open the relevant Pay Component related to Time Account Payout > Make sure the 'currency' field is added with a value > Save. 
  4. Perform the Time Account Payout again.
