3743512 - Integration Center Attribute Import fails with statusCode 401 error

Cannot import attributes via integration center due to the following error:

HttpOperationFailedException: Failed due to - HTTP operation failed invoking http://api68preview-internal.dc068.sf.priv/rest/ecosystem/wholeself/v1/libraries with statusCode: 401

1. Log in and navigate to Integration Center.
2. Run the existing Talent Intelligence Hub attributes import job in Integration Center.
3. Observe that the job fails with a 401 error.
   "HttpOperationFailedException: Failed due to - HTTP operation failed invoking http://api68preview-internal.dc068.sf.priv/rest/ecosystem/wholeself/v1/libraries with statusCode: 401"

Incorrect/older ICD File used in the import integration job.

Please note with 1H 2026 Release, the ICD files have been updated, for this kindly please find the rollout schedule below: 

• Preview: begin using the updated Attribute Import ICD file from April 14.
• Production: transition to the updated file by May 15.

Please find the latest ICD file from the Business Accelerator Hub link from below.

1. Download the latest Talent Intelligence Hub Library Import template (ICD file) from the Business Accelerator Hub: Overview | SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub Library Import Templates.
2. Create a new Integration Center import using the updated ICD file/template for Attributes.
3. Run the new import job and verify that the HTTP 401 error no longer occurs.
4. If the issue persists after using the latest ICD file, review the import configuration and revalidate required permissions.
