SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Navigate to Manage Time Off Calendar
2. Notice that the calendar 'Accruals On Recorded Time' has been running daily. 
3. All of a sudden, it's no longer created or run anymore.

With 1H 2026 enhancement TIM-56387 - Processing of Time Account Type Based Accruals on Recorded Time Calendar, the calendar is only run if there are 'Accrual Calculation Account Type Base' in 'To be Processed' status for the particular Time Account Type(s).

1. Navigate to Import and Export Data > Export 'Accrual Calculation Account Type Base'
2. In the downloaded file, check if there are any 'Accrual Calculation Account Type Base' in 'To be Processed' status
3. If No, it's expected that the calendar is not run as per the new enhancement. 

NOTE:

• With the enhancement a calendar is run for each Time Account Types that has 'Accrual Based On' set to 'Recoded times'. (i.e if there are 2 Time Account Types that has 'Accrual Based On' set to 'Recoded times', then 2 calendars are run)
• This was done to improve performance, reduces processing bottlenecks, and allows multiple Accruals on Recorded Time calendars to run simultaneously.
