Restriction of BOM usage 3 does not work for app Manage order bill of material

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Configure authorization so that BOM usage 3 (universal) is blocked (digital lock/restriction configured to exclude usage 3).
2. Open the “Manage Order Bill of Material” app.
3. Create an Order BOM and set BOM usage to 3.
4. Observe that the system allows creation, although usage 3 is restricted.
5. (Comparison) In the “Maintain Bill of Material” app, the same restriction prevents creation as expected, indicating the issue is specific to the “Manage Order Bill of Material” app.

1. Update to release 2608 (or higher), where this issue is planned to be fixed.
2. After the upgrade, retest creation of Order BOMs with usage 3 in “Manage Order Bill of Material” to confirm the restriction is enforced.
