3743642 - Missing field descriptions in CDS view for PR change history report

In change history report, the CDS view I_PurchaseReqnChgDocAPI01 displays only technical field names (source fields) without descriptions.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open View Browser to access CDS views
2. Use the CDS view I_PurchaseReqnChgDocAPI01 for Purchase Requisition change history
3. Attempt to preview or consume the data for reporting
4. Observe data is displayed with only technical field names (source fields) without description

The released CDS view I_PurchaseReqnChgDocAPI01 can be used to retrieve Purchase Requisition change history; however, it only provides technical field names and does not expose field descriptions. There is no released CDS view available in the public cloud to fetch field labels/descriptions for change documents.

This requirement cannot be fulfilled with standard CDS views, and any additional enhancement is not supported.
