3743691 - FRUN fails to connect to SAP IQ

Symptom

  • When trying to connect FRUN to SAP IQ, the error below occurs:
    Caused by: com.sun.xml.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server:  
    ‘EnumerateInstances’ on ‘SAP_ITSAMDatabaseMetric’ fail: Metric validation failed 
    Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
  • No error could be found in the SAP IQ error logs.
