3743730 - Inconsistent formatting/hyperlink/rating in HTML descriptions in snack view/details page

• Description text of programs in Learning is not aligned as per the text alignment set in Learning Administration.
• URLs included in the HTML description field aren't consistently rendered as clickable links in snack view across different Learning item types.
• Discrepancy in course ratings when comparing the value in snack view with the one in the course details page. Ex.: Snack view > 4.678923 | Course details page > 4.70.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to Learning as a user >
2. Navigate to the affected program >
3. Open the program details page by clicking the card >
4. Observe the alignment of the text.
