3743767 - Empty User Information blocks in latest people profile do not show in IOS but show in Android

Symptom

In PPX Mobile IOS app, for user information blocks that have no data, do not show at all on the profile.

The same is not observed on Android.

Environment

SuccessFactors Employee Profile 2511

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to desktop and review User Information block that has no data on a user > result is portlet shows with 'No Data'.
  2. Log in to IOS version and observe that the portlet is not visible
  3. Log in to Android version and observe the portlet is visible showing 'no data'.
  4. Add data to the portlet and observe it now shows in the IOS version.

Cause

Known Defect.

Resolution

This is a known defect.

The fix is tentatively planned within release in July 2026.
