3743796 - Inconsistent Access Control Options for RBP and Target Roles for Categories in Configure Latest People Profile - 1H2026

• In Configure Latest People Profile, for some categories the New permission category UI is shown whereas for some categories the old UI is shown.
• The "Migrate People Profile Category Permissions to RBP" job is completed in Scheduled job manager.
• This happened after the customer ran the 'Migrate People Profile Category Permission to RBP' job.

SAP Successfactors Employee Profile

1. Open Configure Latest People Profile
2. Select Full Profile
3. Edit any Category
4. For some categories the New permission category UI is shown whereas for some categories the old UI is shown.

If job failed or partially migrated the roles please consider running 'Migrate People Profile Category Permission to RBP' job manually in Provisioning. Follow Steps:

1. Log in to provisioning and go to Manage Scheduled Jobs.
2. Search for the job type "Migrate People Profile Category Permissions to RBP".
3. Start a new run of the job for the company.
4. In Admin center, once the job completes, click the "Download Status" link in the job execution details to download the migration report CSV.

If you do not have provisioning access or partner please contact Product Support.

Important note: Re-running the job will re-migrate category permissions from the current configuration state. Any manual changes made after the initial migration will be overwritten. Hence please make sure to review and taking note on your current category permission configuration before re-running.
