3743879 - Additional floating comment box appears inside the custom element's comment box

When clicking into the custom element's comment box in the custom section of the form, an additional floating comment box appears.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Open the affected form.
2. Click into the custom element's comment box under the custom section.
3. Observe that an additional floating comment box appears.

Duplicate ekeys were used in two custom elements within the form template (both elements had the same ekey, for example "ele_2").

1. Download the affected form xml in manage templates.
2. Go to the affected custom section and locate elements that share the same ekey.
3. Assign a unique ekey to each element so that no two elements use the same key.
4. Save the form template xml and upload it in manage templates.
5. Lastly, launch a new form.
