3743894 - Issue with "Assign to Others" Feature for Managers Post 1H 2026 Release

• The "Assign to Others" feature for programs is not functioning correctly for managers.
• When managers assign a program to their direct or indirect reports using the "Assign to Others" option, the program fails to appear in the respective report's Learning section.
• A 'Successfully Assigned' message is displayed, but the program is not visible in the Learning section of the assigned employees. 

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in to SuccessFactors system as a Manager >
2. Navigate to Learning >
3. Browse All >
4. Select and open any Program > Click 'Assign to others' >
5. Add Employees > Click 'Next ' -> The message displays "Successfully Assigned - The items/programmes/curricula have been successfully added to the specified employees. If the curricula/programme were already assigned, they will not be re-assigned" >
6. Check the employee's Learning section and verify that the program does not appear.

This issue has been identified as a defect in the 1H 2026 release.

Workaround:

Managers can assign programs to subordinates using the following navigation:

1. Team View > Manage Assignments (from More Manager Actions) >
2. Assign Learning > Add Programs and Employees > Add.
