3743925 - Goals not appearing in completed Performance Forms Print & PDF view

Symptom

When opening a completed Performance form in Print & PDF view, goals do not appear.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 1H 2026

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open a completed Performance Form
  2. Go to Goals section
  3. Goals appear
  4. Click on "Print & PDF" button
  5. Goals are not visible

Cause

Goal plan used in the Performance form is inactive. 

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Templates 
  2. Open Goal Plan tab
  3. Disable "Show Active Templates Only"
  4. Search for the goal plan template which is used in the Performance Form
  5. Activate it
  6. Goals now appear in the completed Performance Form "Print & PDF" view
