3743939 - Crossboarding 1.0 processes were triggered by Crossboarding new version instead - Onboarding

One or more crossboarding processes were initiated in SAP SuccessFactors Crossboarding/Onboarding when they should have been initiated in Crossboarding for Onboarding 1.0. As a result, the processes are running in the incorrect module and must be corrected before proceeding.

Follow the three-phase process below to resolve the incorrect crossboarding processes:

1. Identify all crossboarding processes that were incorrectly initiated in Onboarding.
2. Navigate to the Onboarding Dashboard in Admin Center.
3. For each affected candidate, open the process and select Cancel Process.
4. Confirm the cancellation. Repeat for all impacted records.

1. Navigate to Recruiting Management and identify the job requisition(s) associated with the affected candidates.
2. Verify and correct the onboarding version setting to ensure it is mapped to Onboarding 1.0.
3. Confirm that the correct onboarding program is selected before reinitiating.

1. Once the RCM configuration is corrected, reinitiate the crossboarding process for each affected candidate.
2. Verify that the processes are now running under Onboarding 1.0 as intended.
3. Monitor the Onboarding Dashboard to confirm successful initiation for all candidates.
