3743942 - It is not possible to assign more than 10 forms for e-signature task - Onboarding

• A scenario requires more than 10 DocuSign forms to be assigned to onboardees as part of the Onboarding process.
• After reaching the 10-form limit, additional forms cannot be assigned.
• Attempts to work around this limitation by configuring multiple business rules do not resolve the issue — the additional signature tasks remain locked and are not triggered as expected. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• There is currently no supported workaround to exceed the 10 DocuSign form limit in Onboarding.
• This is a known system limitation and it has been identified as possible future enhancement, we do not have an defined ETA / road map.
