3743942 - It is not possible to assign more than 10 forms to external candidates - Onboarding

A scenario requires more than 10 DocuSign forms to be assigned to onboardees as part of the Onboarding process. After reaching the 10-form limit, additional forms cannot be assigned.

Attempts to work around this limitation by configuring multiple business rules do not resolve the issue — the additional signature tasks remain locked and are not triggered as expected. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

There is currently no supported workaround to exceed the 10 DocuSign form limit in Onboarding. This is a known system boundary and has been identified as a candidate for future enhancement.

Clients who require more than 10 DocuSign forms per onboardee are encouraged to submit a formal Enhancement Request via the SAP Customer Influence portal. Product teams actively review submissions from customers, and higher engagement on a request increases the likelihood of prioritization in an upcoming release.

• Search for existing requests related to DocuSign form limits in Onboarding 2.0 and cast a vote, or submit a new request if none exists.
• Include your business justification and the number of forms required to strengthen the request.
