How to Make Mass Changes to Business Users ?

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

Resolution

  1. Open the Maintain Business Users app.
  2. Select the required business users and choose Mass Change.
  3. In the Mass Change Wizard, select the attribute path (e.g., User Data → Time Zone).
  4. Set the required value.
  5. Apply the changes to the selected business users.
  6. Review and confirm the changes.
