3744022 - Extra Column Displayed in Calendar View - SAP Cloud for Customer

Symptom

The Week number extra column is showing in the Calendar.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to C4C.
  2. Go to the Customers work center.
  3. Select any customer.
  4. Go to the Activities facet.
  5. Click on New to create a new appointment.
  6. In the Due Date/Time field, click on the calendar icon to open the date picker.
  7. Observe that the calendar displays the week number column.

Cause

The column represents calendar week numbers (ISO standard) and is part of the standard calendar control in the system.

Resolution

The display of calendar week numbers is standard system behavior.
Currently, there is no configuration or setting available to disable or hide this column.

As this is a standard functionality, any change request can be submitted via the SAP Influence Portal, where it may be evaluated for future product enhancements.
