3744027 - Not able to Edit "Manage Family Members" when instance is logged in another language than English - Employee Central

Symptom

Employees are not able to edit their Family Members in Benefit Overview when the instance is logged in a language that's not English.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Set the instance to any Language that is not English;
  2. Go to any employee;
  3. Go to Benefits Overview
  4. Click on "Manage Family Members"
  5. Click 'Modify'
  6. See that no data is available

 

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround

For now, the workaround is to swich the instange to English to use this funcionality.
