Symptom
- In Story Reports, the schema “Benefit offer details for employee” appears in Available schemas but cannot be added or dragged into the Query Designer.
- The object does not populate in the Create query pane when selected.
- Permissions were reviewed and appear correctly configured.

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Reporting.
- Create a new report and select Story Report.
- Search for the schema “Benefit offer details for employee.”
- Attempt to add it to the Query Designer and observe it cannot be added
Cause
Resolution
The fix for this is planned to be delivered on April 28th.
- After the update, perform a Story metadata refresh to synchronize schemas.
- Create a new Story Report and add the “Benefit offer details for employee” schema in the Query Designer.
- If the issue persists after the refresh, contact support and reference this KBA.
