Symptom

When nudging interviewers for pending feedback in the redesigned workbench, the error occurs: Some of the interviewer couldn't be nudge. Try again later.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to recruiting module
  2. Open the candidate workbench in a job requisition
  3. Click on "Pending" button in the "Feedback Pending" column
  4. Select the interviewer and click on "Nudge"
  5. Error occurs

Cause

"Interview Assessments Outstanding" trigger is not enabled in the "Recruiting Email Triggers" page.

Resolution

Enable the "Interview Assessments Outstanding" trigger in the "Recruiting Email Triggers" page and set the triggered email template.
