Symptom

  • Some tiles in the Production Planning space show the message "Cannot load tile" on the Fiori Launchpad.
  • When the affected tiles are clicked, the corresponding apps open and function normally.
  • The behavior appears after an upgrade to s/4hana 2025 fps00.
