3744127 - RFQ not sent to Ariba CIG due to item not relevant for output conditions - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

RFQ is not initiated to Ariba CIG.

The RFQ status is still showing as "In Preparation" and has not moved to "Completed", due to which the integration is not getting triggered.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
2. Attempt to send the RFQ to Ariba CIG. 

An error message "Item is not relevant for output." occurs in app - manage output items.

The RFQ item is not relevant for output because the Output Parameter Determination conditions for Output Relevance are not fulfilled.

1. Open the Output Parameter Determination app.
2. Review the defined business rules and condition values that determine item relevance for output in the "Output Relevance" step.
3. Compare these rules with the RFQ’s header and item data to identify mismatches.
4. Adjust either the RFQ data or the Output Relevance rules so that at least one item meets the relevance conditions.
5. Save the changes and retest by initiating the RFQ output to Ariba CIG.
6. Confirm that the output message is created and sent.
