3744138 - How to Adjust dueDateTime of Task By Using Determinations

Symptom

You need to configure a determination so that the Due Date Time (dueDateTime) is calculated from the Start Date Time (startDateTime) based on the Task Category (category). Specifically:

  • If the category is "Plan review", dueDateTime should be startDateTime + 14 days.
  • If the category is "BA Collection", dueDateTime should be startDateTime + 7 days.

Using the standard plannedDuration field did not fulfill the requirement. An error message, "Operands [INTEGER, DATE] incompatible," was encountered when trying to create a determination.
