3744140 - Unable to Print PDF from latest people profile

Symptom

Unable to print or export People Profile to PDF when using Latest People Profile;

the Print/PDF option is not available.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Latest People Profile.
  2. Open the Take Action menu on the profile.
  3. Observe that there is no Print PDF option and the profile cannot be exported to PDF.

Cause

The Print PDF (export People Profile as PDF) feature is deprecated and not supported in Latest People Profile.

Resolution

Enhancement request (Request ID: 339358) - Need Print/PDF function in Latest People Profile is accepted. 

It is planned to deliver feature in 2H 2026 (Preview: October 12, Production: November 13 - 14).
