3744145 - 'Select Work Schedule' Link in Latest People Profile Edit Shows pop up as 'Page is Not Available' - 1H 2026

'Page is not available' message is shown when clicking on 'Select Work Schedule' link in Latest People Profile Edit.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. 'Select Work Schedule' link is enhanced in 1H 2026 release
2. Navigate to employee's Profile > Job Data > click edit of 'Job Information' card
3. Click on the link 'Select Work Schedule' > Pop up box shows 'Page is not available'.

This is a known issue

• The issue of requiring view permission for Country/Region object will be fixed via patch PTCH-49936 (1H2026p5) which is scheduled for 18th May in Preview and 21st May in Production environment.

In order for the link to work, please provide the below permissions:

• Work Schedule
• Work Schedule Day model
• Country/Region
