Symptom
With 1H 2026 release - the enhanced Continuous Feedback Experience is automatically turned on. With this a "Topic Description" field is being added to the Request/Give Feedback dialog box.
The confirmation pop-up should appear after a user sends or requests feedback.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to Continuous Feedback page and try to Give/Request Feedback.
2. Notice the "Topic Description" field that shows on the dialog box.
Resolution
- Be aware that the feature is enabled by default in preview for 1H 2026 and cannot currently be disabled via customer configuration.
- The “Topic Description” field is not mandatory; if left blank, it will not be shown to recipients. Removing this field is not supported at this time.

NOTE :
Q: Before 1H 2026 release the confirmation pop-up is appearing after a user sends or requests feedback?
A: This is expected behavior. In the new release 1H 2026, refactored the feedback dialog UI.
As a result, a toast notification is shown when users submit the feedback form, replacing the previous popup with balloons. This change is intended to align the experience with other modules.
