Symptom

  • Both advanced intercompany sales and multistage advanced intercompany sales process are set up in system
  • When creating a sales order(SO2), the system raises: "The financial chain can't be determined for sales order item xxxxxx." (Message No. SD_SLS_INTERCOMPANY018).
