Scale Type in condition details for Purchasing Info Record cannot be edited, this field is grayed out. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. In the Create Purchase Info Record app, create a purchasing info record(PIR).
2. Open Conditions and maintain condition and amount.
3. Open the condition details and attempt to set the Scale Type for price condition.
4. Observe that the Scale Type is auto-assigned and the field is not editable, this field is grayed out.

The Scale Type for condition type PPR0 is maintained in configuration (SSCUI “Set Pricing Condition Types - Purchasing”), which makes the Scale Type fixed and not editable in the purchasing info record.

1. Open configuration SSCUI 101094 “Set Pricing Condition Types - Purchasing”.
2. Edit condition type PPR0 and change the Scale Type from “B” (or any fixed value) to blank.
3. Create the purchasing info record again; the Scale Type for PPR0 can now be changed in the condition details.
