Symptom

  • The reversal lock on a utilities print document does not prevent cancellation in transaction EA13.
  • A print document with the reversal lock set and a communication/exchange date present can still be cancelled.
  • Error message EB-813 (Reversal of print document &1 is not permitted) isn't shown.
