3744319 - Messages for Obsolete Communication Systems in the Web Service Message Monitoring

Symptom

You have a communication system that has been marked as Obsolete, or that is no longer in use, that is, a system without any communication arrangements assigned. This situation commonly occurs after migrating from ERP to S/4HANA, when the legacy ERP communication system is no longer required. Despite this, messages for the old communication system may still appear in the Web Service Message Monitoring. You observe that the status of these messages is either erroneous or Cancelled.
