3744329 - Pennsylvania Residency Certification Form populates business email instead of primary personal email – Onboarding

Symptom

  • In the Pennsylvania Residency Certification Form, the business email is populated instead of the personal email, even though the personal email is set as “Is Primary = Yes” in the Email Information section.
  • During the Data Collection step, both personal and business email addresses are entered. The personal email is marked as primary, while the business email is not. However, only this form displays the business email. The issue is specific to the Pennsylvania Residency Certification Form.
  • No error messages are displayed

This is a known issue, and Product Engineering is currently investigating a solution.
