SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
- In 1H 2026 release version a new section shows for the country specific Payment Information Detail.(e.g Payment Information Detail USA)
- Country specific Payment Information fields now show twice, once in the main UI section and again in the country specific section.
- In 2H 2025 , these country specific fields showed together with other Payment Information Details fields as part of one UI

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Payment Information Card on the Latest People Profile
- Notice the new country specific section with fields contained
- Notice the fields are also part of the main Payment Information Details section
Resolution
- The issue will be fixed via patch which is tentatively scheduled for 26th May 2026 in Preview and 28th May 2026 in Production environments
- This KBA will be updated once the fix date is confirmed
