3744394 - EA62: changing accumulated budget billing amounts doesn't consider given rounding parameters on contract level

Symptom

When changing the total rate amounts of a combined BBP plan, the single rates of the contributing contract budget billing plans will not get rounded. Rounding is active according to configuration (table TE211) and works correctly when creating a new combined BBP plan, but not when changing it.
