3744397 - Secondary Country Infotypes Cannot Be Distributed via Standard HR-ALE IDoc

Symptom

When distributing HR master data via IDoc (e.g., HRMD_A09) for Polish employees, the secondary infotype associated with infotype 0002 (Personal Data) is not transferred to the target system. As a result, when opening the employee record in the target system using transaction PA20, a dump occurs because the secondary infotype data is missing.

Additionally, when attempting to create a custom segment for this infotype, the error message "Object type IEXT not supported in ABAP Cloud" may appear.
