Symptom
The integration between SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and SAP CPQ does not support the CPQ Sales Area Data Concept.
Legacy mapping is still used: Market Code and Currency Code instead of Sales Organization and Currency.
The structure for Sales Organization is missing standard Mapping on the CPQ side in CPI.

Reproducing the Issue
- Run the iflow com.sap.scenarios.cpq2c4c.quotev2.replicate (Replicate Quote from SAP CPQ - Quote 2.0).
- Run the iflow com.sap.scenarios.cpq2c4c.queryquoteinfo.v2 (Replicate Quote to SAP CPQ - Quote 2.0).
- Observe that mappings still reference Market Code/Currency Code instead of Sales Organization/Currency when CPQ Sales Area is active.
Cause
The delivered C4C–CPQ v1 standard iflows were built for the legacy Market/Currency Code model. The CPQ Sales Area concept (Sales Organization and Currency) was introduced later, and the v1 standard content was not updated to include the new schema/mappings, leading to incompatibility.
Resolution
- Implement a custom mapping in CPI for the affected iflows to align CPQ Sales Organization and Currency with the expected fields, and extend the CPQ-side structure to include Sales Organization where missing.
- If standard content update is required, submit a request via the customer influence portal to have the v1 integration content enhanced accordingly.
- Evaluate adopting the Sales Cloud v2–CPQ integration, where support for the Sales Area concept is the current focus.
- If none of the above is feasible immediately, the solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
