3744491 - document migration job fails with "Incomplete BSS Migration" error in onboarding 1.0 - SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The Onboarding 1.0 document migration job fails in Scheduled Job Manager.
• Error message: "Error occurred. Document migration job has failed due to incomplete BSS migration. Verify the BSS migration status on the Feature Usage page of the Onboarding 1.0 Dashboard and initiate the document migration only after the BSS migration is completed."
• Feature Usage page shows the BSS migration status as not completed.

1. Access the instance.
2. Navigate to Scheduled Job Manager.
3. Search for the job type "Initiate Onboarding 1.0 Document Migration Job".
4. Open the job details.
5. Observe the error message on the job.
6. Navigate to Manage Documents.
7. Select the Document Storage tab and review available storage.

The Blob Storage System (BSS) migration did not complete because the Document Center feature was not enabled for the instance.

1. Open the Onboarding 1.0 Dashboard and go to Feature Usage to confirm that the BSS migration status is not completed.
2. Enable the Document Center feature for the instance.
3. Start the Blob Storage System (BSS) migration and wait until the Feature Usage page shows the status as "Done".
4. After BSS migration is completed, run the "Initiate Onboarding 1.0 Document Migration Job" again.
